Founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, E.A. Prep Stars (Educated Athletes) is a premier youth development and travel basketball organization dedicated to mentoring the next generation of student-athletes. Our mission goes beyond the baseline: we use elite-level basketball training and high-exposure competition as a vehicle to foster academic excellence, personal integrity, and lifelong leadership skills.
At E.A. Prep Stars, we believe that becoming an elite athlete requires building an educated mind. Our comprehensive program emphasizes disciplined skill development, tactical basketball IQ, and character education. By challenging our players to excel both in the classroom and on the court, we prepare them to meet the strict demands of collegiate and professional athletics.
Over the past 25 years, our program has built a proven pipeline to the next level. The E.A. Prep Stars legacy includes a decorated roster of alumni who have gone on to compete at every level of collegiate sports—spanning NCAA Division I, II, III, and NJCAA programs—as well as standout professionals who have reached the NBA G League and top-tier international circuits. When a player puts on an E.A. Prep Stars jersey, they are not just joining a team; they are entering a tradition of excellence that shapes leaders for life.
